Sencha Yama (JP-A1-SY)

A long leaf deep-steamed sencha, made of Yabukita cultivar, from the southern mountains (''yama'') in Shizuoka Prefecture facing the Pacific Ocean. Full-bodied, with hints of green asparagus and green apple and a long aftertaste. 

Bereiding:
Gebruik 2-3 gram per cup. Laat intrekken voor 2 minuten, schenk alle thee uit om de blaadjes voor de tweede ronde te gebruiken.
